At Breezes Resorts, we can’t guarantee a marriage made in heaven, but we’ll do everything imaginable to give you a wedding there. Breezes Resorts are situated in some of the most stunningly beautiful locations on earth, so while all eyes will always be focused on the bride, try to forgive your guests if their minds occasionally wander off into the sunset for a moment or two.

We’re happy to provide a simple, classic wedding, absolutely free, as our gift to the bride and groom. But if you have a vision for your dream wedding, our staff of professional wedding planners can make it come true. A virtually unlimited selection of wedding upgrades is available at a nominal charge.

Formalities:

To apply fpr a marriage license, we need the following documents for bride & groom at least four weeks prior to the wedding.

Valid passports, birth certificates and Civil Status certificates, divorce decree (if applicable) , death certificate of deceased spouse (if applicable), health certificate with medical exams issued no later than 15 days prior (V.D.R.L., full blood count, hemoglobin electrophoresis, urine exams), immigration status . tourist card and full name of both parents for both.

Documents need to be translated into Spanish by certified public translator and authenticated by the Panamanian consul in the country of residence of the future spouses and the Panamanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Department of Legalizations and Authentications.

Original Documents MUST be presented upon arrival at the Resort.  If the documents are incomplete or do not fullfill the legal requirements as set out by Panamanian law, the Wedding cannot be performed and there will be no refunds.

Bride & Groom need to arrive at least 3 working days prior to the ceremony.  Upon arrival couple needs to meet with wedding coordinator to discuss the final arrangements of their special day.

We require a minimum of four working weeks notice to complete the formalities. There will be a late booking fee USD$150 on the above if booked within 21 days of the event. These fees are net and non refundable and must be paid within 10 days of the confirmation date (the date when booking was made). If payment is not made within 10 days of the confirmation date, the wedding will be canceled.

Prices quoted for services not included in the hotel’s wedding package are provided by third parties, including agencies of local government, and may be subject to increases without prior notification. Such increases will be automatically passed on to the client.
